Process:
Step 1: Submit
a Project Request form to the
PRC (PRC@DoIT.ri.gov) and ‘cc your Assistant Director 7 business days prior to a scheduled PRC meeting.

Step 2 : If the Project Request is approved:
The PRC will request a Project
Proposal form be competed.
Schedule a date for the project
owner and the appropriate business
representatives of the agency to
present the completed project proposal
to the PRC within 10 business days.

Please note that Step 1 and
Step 2 should be completed
in advance of writing a purchasing
procurement. (RFP, LOI, Mini-bid,
etc…). The procurement
should be derived from a completed and
approved Project Proposal.
Step 3 : If additional forms/plans are requested, the committee will schedule a second date for the project owner to present the completed forms.
Step 4 : After a project is completed or closed, a completed Post Project Review form will be submitted to the PRC. The PRC will review the form and schedule a final meeting for the project owner and appropriate business person(s) to present the Post Project Review.

Security Plan
Training Plan
Test Plan
Project Acceptance and Completion Criteria
Detailed Project Budget
Deliverables Schedule
