Projects: Email

The email team was charged in January, 2004 to perform several tasks to improve the state's email delivery services. To date they have performed an inventory the existing email servers and systems (both Outlook® and Groupwise®), tested and deployed anti-spam software on several servers. They are working on consolidating the number of email servers to simply the system, reduce cost and facilitate the development of a common address book using a standardized, simplified naming convention.
