Projects: Network Operations Center

The Network Operations Center (NOC) team was charged with developing a plan to for a new statewide network operations center. The team was to determine the current cost of the state's IT infrastructure operations - including the costs which do or may occur due to system failures. They were also to examine other facilities to determine the best practices and to design center which matches the state's particular service level needs. The design would include recommended hardware and software, staffing levels, defined disaster recovery process(es) and staffing needs. An implementation plan and budget is to be developed to meet the design.
