The DoIT Service Desk provides a single point of contact for all your technology needs. All services provided by the Division of Information Technology are available through the Service Desk. If you are having personal computer problems or just have an IT question, the Service Desk can help you. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. All after hour calls are rerouted to the State computer center for triaging. There is always someone available to answer your call and ultimately someone to respond.
All calls to the Service Desk that require follow up are tracked in a database. We give you a ticket number for your service call allowing you to track the progress of the resolution. You can also choose to email your issue to the Service Desk.
When issues are not addressed in a timely fashion, you are encouraged to engage your Agency IT manager to assist in resolving the issue.
