The Division OF Information Technology’s Telecommunications group coordinates agency telephone and telephone system needs. This includes purchases of Interactive Voice Response systems, telephone systems and telephone handsets. The Telecommunications group will also provide telephone design, installation and maintenance.
Any office/building relocation, or just the relocation of staff, requires that the Telecommunications group be involved to ensure telephone service are minimally disrupted.
